Reviews By John Windham from Monterey, CA Posted Jun 8, 2015 First, I'be been using the car wash in Monterey near the Fair Grounds for close to 10 years. It looks like you painted and upgraded the equipment. Thanks for that. Please consider using a different credit card machine. Another customer and I could not stop the machine. It just kept counting up. I cancelled my credit card in response to what appeared as run-away charges. I sent an email to the gmail account reporting the problem. Unfortunately, I never got a response. After an hour or so, a tech notiotn showed up. He was physically angry and started raising his voice at the other customer and me. After he went inside I could still hear him--he was now yelling. First he said my care wouldn't be charged, then he said he didn't know. Truth be told, I felt like he wanted to fight us and I am glad I left. He was still yelling at the other customer when I left. Please fix your credit card machines and please help the stress levels of your employees. I can see where your employee will cause you law suits for loud, yelling and angry behaviors are perceived as a lead into assault. This occurred on 6/8/15
