Carmel, IN Reviews  By KK from loveland, OH Posted Apr 30, 2018 I filed a complaint with the Mike's car wash on Fields Ertel in Loveland Ohio about 'service' given on 29 April. The email response totally ignored my complaint. I told the gent politely that all I wanted was a basic external wash and THAT:S ALL. He ignored what I said to him and starting pitching an up sale. I cut him off and asked him to repeat what I just told him. He stood there mute. On 30 April I got an email response (copied below.) "We apologize that you were upset about your recent experience at our Fields Ertel location. We do train our team members to inform our customers about the best deals in the drive and to offer our customers the best value available to them. Due to our sponsorship with FC Cincinnati, our Ultimate wash was discounted to $15 on Sunday. This deal is not available every day and we have found that most customers appreciate at least being made aware of the deal whether they choose to take advantage of it or not. We always respect your wash choice and your ability to decline any offer. Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and will use it as we continue to train all our team members" This response is unacceptable and ignores my complaint - I am forced to post here as I do not want another lackey ignoring my complaint. Customer service should include Listening to the customer, and not ignoring them and spewing up sales pitches..
